Diego Lacayo-Jaén's career explores the intersection between the discipline of law, visual expressionism and editorial fashion, revealing the connection that exists between these seemingly disparate worlds.

“For me it's about being sensitive enough to come up with the right idea. You really have to look, feel and then make that moment come true."

His vision has given him tools to make creative decisions and support his choices, being a determined and spontaneous professional at the same time. This duality has allowed collaboration with renowned creatives, curators and international festivals. His ability to create captivating installations, images and wordings has been featured internationally.
Born and based in Panama City, his inspiration is found in his cultural heritage. His work examines popular culture and social issues by exploring the limits of the mind, using critical thinking with perspectives derived from the Panamanian imagination.
